BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION MEETING APRIL 28, 2010

Mayor Gene Allex called the Board of Appeal & Equalization meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 28, 2010.  Councilmembers present:  Sharon Lothert and Ryan Bentley.  Absent: Bob Simpson and Al Strunc

Also present:  Barb Trochlil and Randy Mertz from the Renville County Assessor’s Office

Randy Mertz told the council of two properties that were adjusted in Danube.  Barb Trochlil informed the council that they can transfer their Board of Appeal duties to the County if they chose to do so.  No citizens came to the meeting.

At 7:00 p.m. a motion was made by Lothert to adjourn the meeting.  Bentley seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
