APPROVE MNUTES-REGULAR MEETING-AUGUST  12, 2009.

EMPLOYEE REPORT-DAN KAUFENBERG, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR

False wall in chlorine room completed.

Dan reported that he has 5 more meters to install.  One shut off left.

Vosika will blow out shut off valves.

Pump 5 has blown fuses and the cause is unknown.

FEMA plan: Table

Telephone rates: Table

Dog License: Table

2nd Street West:  Estimate on street costs, Les and Al will check to find out how much each land owner will be assessed, a letter will be sent to land owners.

Playground Equipment:  Dottie was present to see who the check should be made out to.

Approve bills: Clerk absent, no report was available.

New Business:

New keys for storage room with only three keys.

Report on Clerks Conference:  Tabled

Clerks hours will be 8a.m.-5p.m.

Building permit reviewed for Les Schneider, Planning Commission will review it.

Old Business:

Mahoney Lawsuit Update:  Al made a motion to grant the Mahoneys permission to make the height and setback corrections to the garage, Les seconded, motion carried unanimously.
